What is DC conversion?
It is the official order that converts agricultural land for non-agricultural use, such as housing. In Karnataka the order is issued by the Deputy Commissioner, which is where the name comes from. A home can only be legally built on converted land.
What is an E-Khata?
A khata is the local body's record of a property and its owner, used for property tax, building plan approval, loans and utility connections. An E-Khata is the same record issued in electronic form.

Fill in the site visit form on any page with your name, phone number and preferred date. It opens a WhatsApp message to our team, and we confirm your visit there. Site visits are free.
Can I see the project documents before I book?
Yes. Ask our team for the documents of the project you are considering. We recommend having them reviewed by your own lawyer before you pay a booking amount.

Our layouts are developed with modern amenities and plots that are ready for construction. Ask our team about the current status of the specific plot you are interested in.
